Online Registration Now Open for 2010!!!
Welcome to the Wolves Registration pages. In order to register, you must first create a parent or guardian account on this site. This information will be used in the registration process to identify parent / guardian information. Do not create site accounts for your children. To create an account, click the Register button on the left. You must provide a valid email address. An email will be sent to you with your user name, password and verification code you will need to access the site the first time you login. This is done to insure all users have a valid email address.
Once you have created your parent/guardian account and have received your email with your user name, password and verification code, go to the registration page and logon to the site by entering your user name and password and clicking on login. You will be prompted to enter you verification code. (First time access only)
If you already created your parent/guardian account, just enter your user name and password and click on login to access the site.
Please be advised that by registering with Jr. Wolves website you are agreeing to accept email communication from Jr. Wolves. Jr. Wolves use email as its main form of communication to its members as well as all registered users of its website.
Registration Fees for 2010
SAVE Time and $$$! Register Online, print forms for each participant and bring with you to Registration Day or mail along with your payment!!
All tackle players must come to walk-in registration to get weighed, sized for jersey and select jersey number for 2010 season.

Family Discount
For Families with 3 or more children participating in the Jr. Wolves programs. Registration Fees are reduced $30 for the 3rd and each additional participant.
Registration after June 1st
After June 1st, an additional $25 late fee will be applied per participant. Late fee does NOT apply to Flag Football.
Refunds
Registration fees returned after June 1st will be returned minus $45 for jerseys/administration fee and late fee if applied. All registration fees are non-refundable after July 31st. All requests must be made in writing. All approved refunds will be issued after August 1st. Please allow two weeks to receive your refund.
